Mirror it.

In today's world, where people die of ailments resulting from one's carelessness over the years, it is only expected that the consciousness towards health and well being will heighten as it has done.

I understood and appreciated this better after having a child. Constant visit to labs for one test or another was no fun.

This isn't about Fat or thin, its about being fit and healthy.
Exercise regularly, cut down on cigarettes and alcohol, eat more fruits and vegetables, use organic products, go for regular check ups, pay more attention to yourself.  We don't ALWAYS get it right but we must ALWAYS try.

We are all getting in shape and how to achieve and sustain beautiful bodies... Inside and outside.
